It's a real metaphone used by Dr. Stan Tatkin, who uses what he calls "psychobiology" in his therapy modality - in essence, be aware of people's biology, physiology and psychology (both individually and as a species lol) to help the process along. The full quote is in the book, I think you'll love the framing, too.
